Overview
FINTALIMAT digitizes the creation, approval, e-signature / mobile-signature signing, and delivery of payment instructions to bank sFTP endpoints. It is embedded in CANIAS ERP, SAP, and Odoo. Single or bulk instructions, sequential approval, status tracking, and bank integration give finance teams a transparent operation.

Approval notice
Managers are notified by email when a new instruction is created.

Web / mobile interface
Clicking the email link opens a screen where all instruction details can be reviewed.

Signing model
Approval is completed via mobile signature or e-signature.
Mobile signature
Pending signatures are completed with mobile signature by entering a PIN; Turkcell, Vodafone and Türk Telekom mobile signature are supported.
E-signature
With MAVERA E-Signature, a USB dongle is plugged into the computer and verified with a PIN.

Successful signing
Payment instructions are signed as PDF.

Instructions are dropped to bank sFTP endpoints.
